Based from central Tunbridge Wells offices, with free parking onsite, you will join a team of 8 consultants/admins; and this opportunity is particularly rare in themarket, as you will be introduced to, and able to earn commission, from existing clients, and a market-leading candidate network, from day one! Rather than building a client base from scratch.

Full recruitment role – taking vacancies from new and existing clients, managing client relationships, account management and proactive sales approaches to develop new business too. Using the existing network of candidates, maintaining contact with skilled candidates, as well as networking for referrals. Drafting and placing job advertisements, screening and ‘registering’ candidates, recommending candidates to clients for their needs and coordinating the interview process.
Scope for support from an administrator/junior consultant, as required.

Fast paced, varied role, with the ability to earn commission from every placement!

The role will require a hybrid skillset: communication and service delivery skill, task prioritisation/time management, commercial awareness and sales / upsales skills.
The ideal candidate would be based locally to Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Uckfield
