Customer Service Sales Executive
Insurance Industry
£18,000- £24,000 per annum basic + uncapped commission

I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join this company in a highly consultative and advice driven role where you will be assisting customers to choose policies that are right for them. You will work in a small team of 4 to provide quotations, information and advice to different commercial customers. No prior sales experience is necessary; however, a confident, positive attitude is imperative. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP.



Duties:

· Follow up any email or phone enquiries

· Speaking to customers and advising on the best offers

· Working towards targets and securing sales

· Diary management and prioritising call backs

· Updating customer details on the online system



Skills required:

· True passion for exceptional customer service

· Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly

· Communicative and confident when speaking with clients

· Honest, conscientious and professional

· Sales/ Customer Service experience would be beneficial- although personality will always be the winner!
