Bracketts was established in 1828 and has maintained its professional reputation whilst responding to market changes and expanding over the years.

An opportunity has arisen for a full time enthusiastic, proactive and experienced residential Property Manager to join our team, based at our office in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day residential property management of a portfolio of properties based in and around Tunbridge Wells, including:

· Being the point of contact for landlords and any maintenance items raised by tenants

· Assisting in the general running and administration of the residential portfolio of properties

· Ensuring all properties are legally compliant and that properties under management comply with statutory obligations

· Carrying out site and property inspections

· Arranging for repairs, obtaining quotations and managing contractors

· Approving and processing invoices

You must be hardworking, articulate, IT literate and you must be a car owner and have a full UK driving license. You will be a strong communicator with a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills. ARLA qualified is preferential, but not essential.

Hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

The role is an immediate starting, permanent position with a competitive salary.
