Jager Electrical Contractors Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their company in this busy and varied role.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• General day to day admin duties to a small office, which includes the two Company Directors.
• Manage the phone and email correspondence.
• Keeping the company Social Media accounts up to date and active.
• Assist with the processing and tracking of invoices.
• Filing and archiving when required.
• Excellent attention to detail and people skills.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel knowledge would be advantageous.
• Holiday entitlement of 28 days per year (includes bank holidays).
• Full time position - Salary of £18,000 to £20,000 dependant on experience.
