Are you an HR Administrator looking to work for a People Support team who create a truly great place to work? The role will be supporting the People Support function in providing an efficient and high quality payroll and HR administrative support service to enable the Trust to recruit and retain motivated, high performing people who are delivering to the Kent Wildlife Trust Strategic Plan
You are an HR and Payroll Officer/Administrator/Assistant who is committed to upholding the CIPD professions map by working with purpose in a way that is principles, evidence and outcomes led. You will have an interest in developing and growing the role to develop the organisation and to develop your own skills. You will uphold the Kent Wildlife Trust cultural framework by consistently demonstrating ‘courage, collaboration, agility, growing people, accountability and diversity and inclusion’. You are a Naturally curious problem solver with an objective approach and have a flexible and ‘can-do’ approach to work.
Kent Wildlife Trust is the leading wildlife charity for Kent and Medway, supported by its members and staffed by committed professionals. We are all working to protect wildlife and to find better ways to run an efficient and effective organisation.
