We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, motivated Digital Marketing Executive to support the Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to get involved across the whole marketing mix of disciplines, ensuring the company’s visual identity and style guides are followed in all marketing communications. This is an exciting and demanding role and provided you are keen to learn, there is considerable scope for self-development.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the CMS and oversee the development of multiple company websites
• Develop and manage digital campaigns across the multiple companies that support the overall marketing strategies
• Create and publish engaging multimedia content i.e. promotional adverts, videos, blogs, and company news
• Plan content and delivery via Sprout Social to manage the multiple companies across all social media channels
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms, Google Analytics and PPC across multiple companies
• Copywriting / editing search engine optimised text
• Communications with suppliers and partners marketing departments to ensure accuracy when executing supportive initiatives
• Support running of events including attendance
• Competitor analysis and industry research
• Assist the Marketing team with future plans and strategies where necessary
• General marketing administration

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience required as a Marketing Executive or similar job role
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt content across a wide range of audiences
• Experience of organising / assisting at events
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a positive and committed attitude
• Ability to work by yourself as much as part of a team
• Willingness to travel if required
• PR experience good but not essential
• Experience or basic understanding of the Built Environment
• Strong spelling, grammar and writing skills
• Good understanding of SEO and PPC principles in relation to web content
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to generate engagement for a given subject across a variety of media channels
