£20,930 annual salary + generous monthly bonus

I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Central Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. You will be speaking to customers who are due to renew their policies and update their information on to the system, before passing that information to the sales team. No prior experience is necessary; however, a confident, positive attitude is imperative. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP, so only candidates with immediate availability can be considered at this time.



Duties:

* Outbound calls to customers
* Updating customer details on the online system
* Advising on renewing policies and offering tailored advice
* Working closely with the sales team



Skills required:

* True passion for exceptional customer service
* Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly
* Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
* Honest, conscientious, and professional
* Immediate availability preferential as this role is to start ASAP
