Plalite Ltd is a busy precision engineering company based in Sittingbourne Kent. The company works within the aerospace, motorsport & other commercial sectors.
Main Duties to include:
• Booking on time sheets
• Scanning/storing delivery notes and CFC’s.
• General stores duties, receipting goods in, running inventory, packing & raising delivery paperwork etc.
• Various general office duties.
• Delivery of urgent items to known customers
Do you enjoy a varied and busy role? This role is split between providing administrative support to the two Directors as well as being responsible for the company stores. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously or be very organized and methodical.
Must be IT literate and have good telephone communicational skills as the job role will include chasing suppliers for delivery and placing orders. Must hold a valid driving licence and be able to drive a small company van as will also be responsible for some deliveries.
