We are looking for a Digital Media Administrator to be based at our Ashford office.

We are looking for someone who is methodical and has excellent attention to detail to oversee effective management of MAF International's digital media assets.

Part-time: 20 - 30 hours per week

£18,500 pro rata per annum (dependent on experience)

The role will involve the daily management of the digital media library, including the uploading, labelling and archiving of media as required. You will oversee the taxonomy, meta-data and classification of the assets.

A quick learner, you will need to acquire a good understanding of MAF communication strategies and branding to inform management of digital images.

Acting as the gatekeeper and main point of contact for questions / issues related to the digital media library, you will need to liaise with MAF groups and communications staff to handle requests, and address queries and omissions relating to communications needs and assets.

You will have the opportunity to provide input into refining processes and the sharing of communications materials.

As this role is dealing with a vast amount of data you will need a strong understanding of GDPR to ensure compliance with this and other organisational requirements.

You will also maintain and support technology and processes that enable storage and distribution of digital media, establishing system procedures and policies in collaboration with MAFI and MAF US Communications teams, concerning the uploading and labelling of assets within the digital media library.

You will assist in providing training in relation to the digital media library.

Please note this role would normally be based in our Ashford office but due to the current Covid19 situation there maybe a requirement to work from home in the interim.

There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to lead and take part in prayer and biblical reflection and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the work place.
