Purchase Ledger Assistant – Barretts Head Office, Canterbury
We are looking to recruit an Assistant, working as part of a team of two, managing our purchase ledger and the processing of supplier invoices and payments. The role is based in our Head Office in the Jaguar Land and Rover building in Broad Oak Road Canterbury.
The Role
· Inputting supplier invoice details and scanning on to Keyloop dealer management system
· Running and following up various status reports
· Following up outstanding unauthorised invoices
· Answering supplier and internal queries
· Assisting with payment runs
· Undertaking reconciliations to supplier statements
· Credit card reconciliations
· Petty cash reconciliations
· Other ad hoc tasks as appropriate
Personal Attributes
The ideal candidate will be methodical, flexible, approachable and professional, with an eye for detail.
Hours are Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm with some flexibility around start/finish times.
