Complaints Handling job in Kent £11.50 per hour (plus holiday pay) resolving customer complaints and queries.

Your new role
You will work as part of a team to help ensure that quality customer satisfaction is delivered through telephone and emails. You will provide product knowledge to customers, manage dispatch and delivery queries, and effectively resolve customer concerns. You will work closely with various departments within the business to successfully achieve efficient service.


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you must be based locally to Dartford or be able to commute within a reasonable time. Having previous experience in a fast-moving consumer goods role using SAP software in a busy environment. You will also need to have the passion for customer service and have complaints handling experience.


What you'll get in return
You will be offered an hourly pay rate of £11.50 (PAYE) plus holiday pay. You will work Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
