The role is an Inhouse Sales Executive / Telesales Account Manager

Salary £20k + Commission OTE £35k + Uncapped

Location Rochester/Medway

Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours (9am - 5pm)

The role for Inhouse Sales Executive / Telesales Account Manager
• To develop opportunities across the product portfolio to existing and new clients.
• Engage and partner with the Field Sales team when required to improve the customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
• To be an ambassador for our brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.

People doing this role currently are earning approximately £2k per quarter in commissions.

The role also offers a first-class working environment which encourages people to develop and grow for the long term into more senior roles, management or field sales.

The person for Inhouse Sales Executive / Telesales Account Manager should have:
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• An understanding of the concept and value in managing pipelines and how to forecast results.
• Ambition to achieve £30k + in earnings and grow a long-term career.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
