Our client is looking for a resourceful and confident Accounts Manager to take sole responsibility for the transactional accounting in their organisation. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will have responsibility for the company's accounting on a day-to-day basis.
What will it entail?
General bookkeeping
Processing supplier invoices
Dealing with supplier invoice queries
Administering supplier payments
Producing and managing customer invoices
Credit control
Payroll
Completing VAT returns
Bank statement reconciliation
Cash flow reporting
What skills and experience do I need?
Prior bookkeeping experience / experience of working in a similar role
Working knowledge of k8 Kerridge (desirable)
Strong reconciliation skills
Excellent eye for detail
Logical and systematic approach
Numerate
Ability to use initiative
Excellent communication skills
