Our clients are a well-established Estate Agency in Cheam, who have a brilliant reputation within the market and who have tremendous respect from customers and hold value of their teams and staff. Having seen continued growth and success, this company is looking to take on a new Sales Negotiator to join their professional, high-energy team.

Ideally you will need to have previous agency experience, be proactive, enjoy liaising with clients on the phones as well as frequently in person, and demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills. You will externally represent the brand, whilst out at meetings or on the road, so you must be well presented, passionate and engaged.

Generate and book valuations for new properties to market, deliver exceptional customer service in and out of the office. Sales progression and regular client contact, conduct viewings and negotiate deals with customers and clients.

• A full UK driving license will be required, and a car owner would be preferable

You will work Monday to Friday, alternating every other Saturday. Enjoy a relaxed working culture and friendly team-oriented approach to achieving targets and goals.
