This role involves telephoning individuals regarding queries and issues with payments. This is not a targeted Collections role - this is a supported process. Ideally, the successful applicant for this Collections Consultant role will have previous experience in a similar role.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Effective collection of overdue accounts daily by phone and e-mail
* Identify overdue accounts & ensure appropriate action is taken
* Dealing sensitively with customers
* Complete financial reconciliations
* Responding to all queries and telephone queries
