The Role: The Red Alert Telecare team provide fully managed TECS equipment services (telecare, telehealth and other assistive technology) to our clients. At the core of our business, we provide industry leading stock control support from our stores based in Ashford, Kent.

We are looking to recruit an Area Coordinator to join our dedicated team who will be responsible for the administration functions relating to Red Alert’s Telecare contracts, including handling client telephone queries, contacting service users to arrange assessments, installations, collections and fault calls, and ensuring all databases are maintained to the highest standard. The Telecare Coordinator will also be responsible for scheduling the Engineer and Telecare Advisor team’s diaries, and making regular contact with the engineering team.

About You: The successful candidate will understand the importance of accurate data entry, and possess a proficient eye for detail, as well as an excellent telephone manner. You will need to be able to work quickly and efficiently in our busy, fast paced environment. To be proficient in computer skills is a must with a good level of literacy in Microsoft packages as well as able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration is required and experience within client and stock databases, experience within the care sector would also be desirable, however full training will be provided. It is essential that you have a positive can do attitude and excellent team and work ethics. This is a highly visible role and you will be an ambassador for Red Alert and our clients, therefore a professional outlook and approach is essential!
