Residential Conveyancer - Sevenoaks, Kent.
Long established and very well regarded Kent law firm are currently looking to recruit a residential conveyancer into their team of 6.
The residential property team handle a range of property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties - many of which are high net worth. Although they have recently been busier than normal, due to the stamp duty break, they still operate a high quality rather than high volume environment and would rather turn work away than leave their fee earners under too much pressure.
Applications are welcome from solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or paralegals but you must be able to manage your own residential property caseload without too much supervision and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 2 years relevant experience.
