Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Compliance and Central Services Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the board and will take the lead in the forward strategy of this fast-growing and diverse business. Our client operates within the logistics sector and is based in Swale.
The key aspects of the role include but is not limited to;
- HR for approximately 250 employees based throughout the UK
- Contract finding, tender sourcing and bid writing
- Managing company policy and procedures
- General and fleet insurances
- Compliance, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Cyber Essentials and RIDDOR
- Health and Safety and Safeguarding compliance
- Facilities and property management, utilities, key suppliers and security
The salary for this role is between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and may be flexible for the right candidate
