Assistant Claims Technician

If you have either strong A’ level grades or a Degree and have an interest in the legal field, this role could be the ideal opportunity for you due to the Insurance risks you will handle. The key responsibility of the role is to provide a first point of contact for claims issues, responding to and providing advice to the business. Providing a consistently high level service to clients in handling claims on behalf of the company.
Our client will offer first class training in the role and you will be given full support if you would like to take professional qualifications. There is a clear career path awaiting the successful candidate within this interested area of insurance.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience in claims, insurance or conveyancing.
You should have excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong business relationships with internal and external customers.
