Our clients in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate to join their exciting and fast paced office as a trainee lettings negotiators. This role is for a graduate or school leaver who is passionate about property, career progression and motivated to learn and develop their skills to become a successful lettings negotiator. This is a rare opportunity to join a well established, growing business, so do not hesitate to apply. The successful candidate is required to be confident with brilliant customer service and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;
• Dealing with landlord and tenants queries.
• Building and maintaining client relationships whilst providing an excellent service
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Recording any maintenance reported
• Assist with marketing properties and arranging the display window
• Registering new applicants
• Involved in negotiating offers
• Being a first point of contact for valued clients
Candidates should;
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills with a great telephone manner
• Full UK driving license
• An interest and understanding of the property industry
• Good local knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
• Motivated individual who is driven to succeed
