Our clients are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join their block management department as a property manager. This is a fast-paced role and requires fantastic organisation and communication skills. The candidate requires to be a good problem solver and quick to resolve any issues within the portfolio in a timely manner whilst providing a high service to all residents within the portfolio. The office is based in Tunbridge Wells and requires site visits, so a Full UK driving license is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;
• Dealing with incoming phone calls and assisting in the general running and administration
• Being the point of contact for any maintenance raised within the portfolio
• Project management of all internal projects completed at residential blocks
• Ensuring all properties are legally compliant
• Management of all contractors
• Management of on-site staff
• Approving and processing invoices
• Conducting site visits to check health and safety/maintenance required
