This exciting opportunity will kick start your career and earnings potential as a lettings negotiator with full training and shadowing of other employees.

Duties will include;
• Dealing with landlord and tenants queries.
• Building and maintaining client relationships whilst providing an excellent service
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Recording any maintenance reported
• Assist with marketing properties and arranging the display window
• Registering new applicants
• Involved in negotiating offers
• Being a first point of contact for valued clients

Candidates should;
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills with a great telephone manner
• Full UK driving license
• An interest and understanding of the property industry
• Good local knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.
• Motivated individual who is driven to succeed
