As a Trainee Consultant, you will undertake proactive work to gain new clients for the company and successfully place candidates in the roles desired. This will involve everything from finding candidates to selling the benefits of your service to companies to encourage new business.
The ideal candidate will have strong, clear communication skills and be comfortable conversing with both potential candidates and clients. Sales experience is beneficial, though – due to the training provided in this role - not essential.

The company specialise in IT recruitment so an interest in the world of tech is appreciated but not necessary.
