Reporting into the UK Director, you will be tasked with managing the delivery of service into an ongoing number of international recruitment projects for clients on RPO and PSL agreements.




You should be commercially aware, highly proactive and capable of driving the performance of a team. A track record of contractor recruitment within a related field- pharmaceuticals, technology, aviation/aerospace, digital- would be preferred.

Superb offices in an easy-access location near to Tunbridge Wells station; office bases in London and Europe too, and flexibility for some level of remote working.



Excellent salary/benefits package with an uncapped bonus scheme! £50-60,000 Base = £75k package
