Are you an experienced Customer Service Scheduler seeking to step into a fast-paced and growing manufacturing business based in the Folkestone/Hythe area?
We have a immediate start available for a permanent member of staff to join a lively team who are responsible for setting up diaries for engineers across the country and ensuring the customers are fully supported for any repair needs being called in and/or scheduled maintenance requirements.
You will arrange for spares and consumables to be sent to the engineers and support them with any other needs they may have and use a automated scheduling package to plan works and communicate with the team in the field.
Outbound calls to customers will form part of the role and you will be able to demonstrate effective relationship building skills to support and foster these relationships in the future.
Confidence with MS Suite of packages including excel and databases would be useful to the successful person and a willingness to take control and make effective decisions would be an advantage.
