Web Developer - Dartford - £40,000. My client, a leading nationwide manufacturing company based in Dartford, Kent are looking for a Web Developer to will work in conjunction with the existing senior web developer to continue the development and support of in-house online platforms to meet the constantly evolving requirements of the business. You will be working across active ecommerce sites, providing solutions for businesses and consumers, while also operating alongside the ERP development team.

This role is suited to a developer with at commercial experience of building websites. You will need to encompass creative design, coding, support and documentation. The wider IT team like to function as a community of individuals, with different points of view. They enjoy opportunities to share skills and ideas. This role is suited to remote working, although some attendance at the Dartford offices will be required.

The main duties of the role will include; developing new websites and web applications to be used externally and within the organisation. You will be expected to maintain existing external websites and web applications and will occasionally assist in providing support of the internal web applications. You will need to handle the documentation of system changes and will troubleshoot any functionality or performance issues

As a Web Developer for this company you will receive a basic salary of up to £40,000 and will be entitled to a range of company benefits including company pension. This role will be based remotely / working from home, however, semi-regular trips into the office in Dartford would be required.
