In this role, you will join a busy residential and commercial conveyancing team, working alongside a team of assistants, secretaries, executives and solicitors within the wider firm. Day to day, you will be required to take on a varied role; providing support across the process to help manage their thriving caseload, with duties ranging from opening files; to issuing contracts and completions statements; to registering SDLT returns; to liaising with solicitors, land registry and clients both by email and telephone; diary management; dictation and audio typing.
This is a brilliant role – joining a fantastic, professional firm who have an excellent track record of staff retention and engagement.
For this position, the ideal candidate would have conveyancing administrative/secretarial experience of some level; and must be based locally to Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge - preferably within residential or commercial.

Salary according with experience - up to £23,500
