CRM Senior Consultant
Central London
Up to £45,000 plus 10% bonus
Permanent Full Time

An excellent opportunity to work for an incredible company that provides innovative marketing services. Our Client is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience working within CRM. You will be working as a member of the CRM systems and be responsible for the delivery of services to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building lasting relationships with clients
• Project manage client initiatives provide deadlines and timeline
• Build a CRM strategy and convey your vision to the client to get their buy-in
• Constructing detailed specifications clients’ development teams
• Providing technical solutions to clients challenges and troubleshoot issues
• QA CRM integration
• Constructing creative briefs, mediating with other creative groups (coordinators, designers, copywriters, translators)
• Applying and analysing push notifications, in-app messaging, inbox messages and more
• Attracting clients to support CRM campaigns & journeys
• Starting and creating or reviewing campaign systems across a variety of CRM platforms
• Reporting and analysing performance
• Over-seeing email reputation and providing recommendations
• Maintaining pre-sales process through material preparation, presentation delivery and pre-sales meetings

Experience/ Requirements:
• Previous experience in a B2C CRM position
• Experienced overseeing push notifications and / or email campaigns
• Excellent experience in data analytics, revising data, analysing results and drawing accurate & conclusions
• Very strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and focus
• Ability to prioritise and organise and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML for emails
• Experience working with mobile apps
• Statistical modelling experience
• Experience with project management
• Moderate in a second language
