· Telephone experience

· Provide excellent customer service

· Have a can-do attitude and positive approach towards change

· Be a team-player, who is comfortable and able to succeed in a team-based work environment

· Organised and good attention to detail

· Local to Tunbridge Wells (or Sevenoaks, Orpington, Tonbridge)

· Enjoy interacting with a range of people daily
