A very successful business on the out skirts of Strood are looking to replace a key member of their team with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Working closely with key members of the finance team you will be involved in a variety of key tasks, including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.
-Managing supplier queries and assisting the Finance Manager with cashflow forecasts.
-Preparation of Balance Sheet Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
-Support with administrative tasks.
-Strong knowledge and experience using Excel.
-Attention to detail.
-Strong communication skills.
-Confident to liaise with key stakeholder
They ideal person is someone who has worked within a high paced environment and can meet strict deadlines. The role will sit within a small finance function and it is key that you are a team player.
