Well established Specialist Contractor seeks confident and experienced field estimator to coordinate technical sales, tenders and operational functions for their Resin Flooring Division.
Supported by the Operations Manager and working closely with the Company Directors, this person will be a key team member of an exciting and fast paced contractor office.
Working with both main contractors and direct customers, previous estimating experience along with proven construction administration skills and a customer focused approached is paramount to succeed in this role.
The successful candidate should:
• Be able to read and scale drawings to formulate quotations.
• Have experience in dealing with Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Site Managers and Site personal.
• Hold a SMSTS certification or be willing to obtain.
• Be responsible for valuations, payment applications and invoicing.
• Be experienced in measuring, planning and project management of site works.
• Hold a full, clean driving licence
