My Client who have been established for circa 10 years, with circa 17 employees, are now looking to add a contracts manager to their team in Mid Kent.
Contracts Manager Role main duties:
Assist in costing and procurement
Scheduling of resources (Material, Labour, machinery)
Contracts Manager experience essential
Highly organised circa two jobs in planning at any one time
Experience with Civils, Landscaping, Construction
Experience using relevant systems for running reports and costings
Good attention for detail
Excellent communication skills
You will be working with a friendly team in landscaping.
Annual basic salary circa 30k
