Product/Technical Support Engineer - Engineering

Salary to £25k to £30k DOE
We are currently recruiting an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Product/Technical Support Engineer for a leading client in the Engineering sector, based in Ashford
The role will involve supporting customers with technical enquiries on the business product range
Typical daily duties will involve;
* Support Sales with technical enquiries
* Convert existing competitor specification to own branded product offering
* Help control and update Technical Data-Sheets and Technical Documents
* Support sales with technical offering for large projects
* Respond to technical enquiries so as to generate orders
* Support external sales with tool-box training
* Support external sales with products testing, ensuring performance in product application
* Produce product literature for both technical and marketing purposes
Candidates who hold a relevant degree in an Engineering or technically orientated discipline would be highly desirable, as well those that are commercially experienced in a technical product support orientated job role. Fully training provided, therefore a drive to learn is a pre requisite
