Business Development Manager - Engineering
Salary: up to £36k DOE + OTE + Car
We are currently recruitment an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Business Development Manager for our client based in West Malling
Due to expansion our client is expanding it's sales team and are offering a great opportunity for someone to establish themselves in a business.
The role will involve following up inbound leads as well developing some of your own outbound leads, into prospects and following the full 360 sales cycle.
Strong, confident, verbal telephone and written communication skills are necessary to interpret fully the needs of potential customers, whilst ensuring a high-quality image is portrayed as representation of the Company.
You will be an excellent communicator, be able to think on their feet, and be able to develop relationships with customers within the business key accounts. A consultative mindset and an ability to find technical solutions for your clients is a prerequisite.
As part of the business development strategy, you will be expected to win new business monthly, meeting and exceeding your revenue targets.
To be considered for the role you must have B2B sales, ideally face to face solution based sales or sales experience of a technical nature. The successful candidate will have experience selling into industrial/manufacturing based industries
