They are looking for confident, ambitious and ultimately successful consultants who have a proven track record of building, developing and managing candidate relationships, lead generation and providing wider business support. As a specialist IT/Engineering consultancy they are looking for individuals with either direct or crossover experience – this could be from Pharma, Defence, Tech, AI etc.

You will be joining a small, hungry and dynamic team of consultants and support staff. You will be working closely with consultants on client briefs, managing the database of candidates and ensuring a continuous flow of placeable candidates – whilst extracting leads and building long-term relationships with existing clients!
