Marketing Manager, Maidstone

Are you a proactive, innovative thinker; experienced in developing strategies that attract high-quality leads and build a powerful brand image? Most importantly are you honest, flexible, with a can-do positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced Sales & Marketing environment?
Multifix Bury is focused on providing outstanding customer service, offering construction fixings and consumables to London’s Construction Industry. We are agile, expanding fast, and require a forward-thinking individual who will help create and execute Multifix’s Marketing strategy. We are looking for an expert with both sales and marketing experience, one that will take on the challenge of really making Multifix shine in the market and achieving our marketing core purpose of generating quality leads. This role will also include the coordination of product development and require a strong understanding of technology in general.
Successful candidates will ideally have the following skills and experience:
A proven track record of executing a marketing strategy effectively.
10 years experience in a Marketing Manager role or director level experience.
Qualifications or a Degree in Marketing or a Related Field.
Previous experience in Sales and an understanding of SEO, PPC, and technology.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
Fantastic wordsmith, Creative with design, and able to think outside the box.
Outstanding organisation skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
An analytical mind that is great with excel and analysing data.
Able to tight deadlines, very adaptable to change, and is results orientated.
Ideally with previous experience in the construction industry or a similar environment.
Excellent communication/influencing skills - ability to communicate eloquently in both written and verbal formats.
Self-motivator uses their own initiative and a flexible approach regarding their work ethics.

We offer a competitive salary pay based on experience.
Benefits: Free breakfast and lunch provided on shift (currently paused over Covid), 20 days basic holiday with Christmas close down including an extra holiday day, Pension, Free eye care test, discounted gym membership, Management reward, personal development, Company bonus.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.00pm (inc an hour unpaid lunch break)
