Clark James Insurance Recruitment want to hear from you if you have at least a year or two of Insurance claims handling experience either from the Insurance or the repairs side for this important new role for 2021 with a leading claims provider.
You will have an understanding of either household, travel or motor Insurance claims and be an organised and efficient claims handler who is able to show empathy and great service to clients.
You will have multiple tasks to juggle including
• Deal with general enquiries on both new and existing claims from clients
• Gather information and ascertain if the claim is applicable to the policy as well as looking out for fraud indicators
• Work with Insurers, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Arranging settlements on claims within your personal authority level and referring up where applicable
