Our client is a City based Insurance Broker. They are currently seeking for a recent graduate to join their busy Aviation team. This role requires a fluent Russian speaker to support the line manager.

Key Duties:
Supervision of all aspects of broking operations within the Division to meet performance targets including supervising and monitoring renewal lists/progress of renewals.
Highlights any deficiencies in broking operations and recommends remedial or corrective action to be taken.
Investigates and resolves complaints and service failures.
Develops and maintains market relationships to permit the widest placing opportunities

Account Handling Management
Manage and Supervise as necessary account handling operations within the Team to meet performance targets including supervising and monitoring renewal lists/progress of renewals.
Highlights any deficiencies in broking /account handling operations and recommends remedial or corrective action to be taken.
Investigates and resolves complaints and service failures.
Develops and maintains market relationships in the course of business.
Quoting, Placement and Post Contract Alteration
Analyse and provide advice on risk and insurance issues and structure appropriate coverage
and produce appropriate MRC quoting and firm order documentation.
Provides advice to clients on contracts/leases and produces certification.
Placing structure is appropriate to the insured's operations; exposure and risk transfer goals.
Provides input to market presentations and with these presentations secures best possible terms for the client, with full material disclosure.
Negotiates and obtains the most appropriate carrier, coverage and price for the clients' requirements.
Resolves subjectivities and warranties in accordance with client/insurer instructions to secure underwriters' participation.
Negotiates agreement to post-placement changes, e.g. by contract endorsement, and can produce contract endorsement documentation.
Will monitor Notice of Cancellations and suspend instalments as necessary and obtain extension of settlement dates

Suitable candidates will be a recent graduate who can speak Fluent Russian and is seeking an entry level role within the Industry
