An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to join a highly successful business based in Maidstone.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a background in managing a team.
Although this role is Finance related, you will also be required to support with the day to day operations covering the entire business.
Finance Responsibilities:
* Monthly management accounts
* Bank reconciliations
* VAT Returns and monthly checks
* Credit checks
* Payroll (1-50 people)
* Purchase/Sales Ledger
* Credit Control
Operations Responsibilities:
* Costings
* Ordering and negotiating
* Stock control
* Organising potential deliveries
* Covering for MD when on annual leave
Office Management Responsibilities:
* Staff reviews
* Customer service
* Liaise with HR
* Liaise with IT consultant
Salary up to £50K
