Process Specialist - 12-month FTC

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, proactive and well organised individual to work within the new Business Processes team. The goal is to simplify their internal processes, by improving internal ways of working, increasing operational efficiency and improving the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in business processes and ideally have basic knowledge of process documentation.

Duties include:
* Attending workshops and process design sessions
* Actively understanding and documenting new processes in a detailed manor, with an appropriate explanation ensuring that all team members can pick this up and follow with ease
* Analysing and documenting relevant risks associated with all new processes
* Creating and adopting new templates ensuring that all processes and control documents are recorded in a consistent format, to a high level of quality
* Working closely with key stakeholders within the business to build a good level of understanding of different areas/ departments, incorporate feedback and to clarify any open questions of new processes
* Liaising with training and communications when required to ensure that the team are able to understand and be trained on any new processes
The successful candidate will be/have:
* Exposure to business processes and ideally basic knowledge of process documentation
* Previous Banking or office experience
* Knowledge of AML/ KYC requirements would be an advantage
* Confident in using all MS Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical with a high attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Experience or exposure to Visio or an equivalent process design tool
