Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator with a DBS on the update service in the Tonbridge area.
Duties
* Answer inbound phone calls and transfer as necessary
* General data entry
* Using Excel to produce reports
* Organise and file documentations digitally
* Welcome visitors and staff into the premises ensuring correct Covid proceedures are adhered to
What we are looking for:
* Current in date DBS on the update service
* Previous experience working on Microsoft office
* Be willing to support others
* Full UK Driving License
* Self starting mentality
