Rapport Housing and Care is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide a wide range of administrative and executive support to Director of Care (DoC). This role requires the ability to work independently with little or no supervision and for the post holder to be well organised, flexible and have the ability to stay focused in a fast paced environment whilst remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient when under pressure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce high quality communications (visual, oral and verbal) with attention to detail and clarity.

Manage multiple calendars and arrange meetings, conferences and other appointments internally and externally, dealing with logistics associated with this function in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Use MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and other software as required.

Process incoming and outgoing communications within the department promptly and efficiently; determine their significance and act accordingly.

Assist DoC with preparation of presentation materials

Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

Receive visitors who have an appointment with DoC.

On behalf of DoC prepare and collate care documentation in preparation for safeguarding panel/board meetings.

Support DoC in the coordination of development of Care Services.

Work towards the agreed policies and standards in keeping with the stated beliefs of the Organisation.

Work to promote equality and diversity, and eliminate discrimination for all the Organisation\'s service users, staff and volunteers.

To take part in individual performance reviews as required.

No job description can cover every issue that arises within the post, and the post holder may be required to carry out other duties as deemed necessary commensurate with the principal function of the post and the capability of the post holder.
