Customer Service Coordinator - £25,000 - £26,000
12 month fixed term contract - possibility of becoming permanent after this
Working from home 2-4 days per week and from the office 1-2 days per week. returning back to the office full time when able to.
Access to own transport essential due to location
8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
This successful FTSE 100 business in Sevenoaks requires a confident and communicative multi tasker to join their fun and friendly Customer Service team.
Responding to customer calls to log faults across a wide range of issues, you will be taking ownership of these and allocating work to necessary contractors and trades people. An inquisitive nature will assist you in this role, find out out as much about the fault as possible in order to resolve effectively.
Liaising with external contacts is essential to confirm attendance, order materials and manage timescale expectations with the customer. Being highly organised and efficient will suit this aspect of the role.
Processing jobs and information on MS Office and in-house system's along with flagging larger issues to your line manager will be essential in this role therefore you will have the opportunity to use your strong administration skills.
