Part time Administrator

6-hour days / 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday!
An exciting new part time opportunity has become available for an Administrator to join a successful company based in Hythe, Folkestone!
My client is seeking an all-rounder, to manage all administrative tasks in their back office.
Duties:
* Providing support to management and staff with general administrative tasks
* Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate person
* Updating CRM where possible, going paperless!
* Managing emails and post
* Letter typing / responses
* Minute taking in meetings
* Assisting with payroll
* Running reports and updating the CRM
Requirements:
* Previous office admin or front desk experience - essential
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Ability to manage own workload
* Excellent IT skills especially MS Office applications
* Great communication skills and a good telephone manner
* Be able to problem solve and use own initiative
* An all-rounder, someone who is happy to get stuck in and help with additional tasks
* Enthusiastic, team player!
This is a great opportunity to work within a warm and friendly company that really does like to invest in their staff, the ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for a long term, part time admin position, who can also continue working during kids school holidays etc.
This role will be solo working in the back office, you will be managing your own workload and expected to keep the office extremely organised and tidy. Of course, staff will be popping in and out of the office throughout the day, so it won't take you long to build strong working relationships and become a real team player!
