About us: Porchlight is passionate about helping vulnerable people to reach their full potential. We strive for a fairer society where vulnerable people find stability, the most excluded are included, and where everyone has a chance to thrive.
Porchlight has an exciting opportunity to expand the successful Live Well Kent service into Medway on behalf of Kent & Medway CCG, leading to Live Well Kent & Medway - a network of services (led by strategic partners Porchlight and Shaw Trust) that helps people who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.
The role: You will manage and develop a small team of mental health link workers who support people with their mental health, including issues that may be affecting this, such as finance, housing, employment, and loneliness.
