My client is seeking an experienced temporary Production Administrator to join their well-established growing company based in Paddock Wood.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, but varied environment, you will get the opportunity to work alongside a friendly Production Team.

Although this is a temporary position, there is an opportunity for the right person to potentially go permanent.

£13.27 per hour
Monday to Friday
25 - 30 hours per week

Key duties:
* Raising department Purchase Orders and schedule deliveries
* Delivery Notes/Packing List administration
* Assist with Production scheduling and capacity planning
* Product & BOM Maintenance on ERP system
* Works Order processing and schedule
* Monitor inputs vs Outputs
* Liaise with Suppliers
* Understanding Batch Allocation & Impact
* Stock Movements/Removals
* Data Analysis
* Support Cycle Counts and reconciliation
* Investigate and rectify stock issues
* Liaising with logistics on shipping dimensions and collection of goods
* Reporting material shortages

Key Competencies:
* Ability to prioritise, plan, work to tight deadlines and manage a range of complex
administrative demands
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to work to a high attention to detail and accuracy
* Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent numeracy skills
* Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
* Strong team player
* Experience in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programmes
* Experience of ERP system
* Excellent time management skills
* Able to learn quickly and easily on the job
* Working with very tight deadlines.
