I am currently working in partnership with a fantastic company in the heart of Tunbridge Wells who specialise within scientific and medical communications. The company are well established with circa 30 employees who work with some of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies, enabling healthcare professionals to access the most up to date, relevant and important industry news, developments, products, and services.

The market has continued to grow, in part due to the needs of their clients, the pandemic and the development of an innovative service offering, unrivalled within the sector. As a result of this continued growth, they are looking for both Account Directors and Account Managers to work alongside Senior Management, overseeing junior members of staff whilst also overseeing client projects.

Working with well-established international clients you will be helping to deliver bespoke medical communications projects, within project timelines and budgets, whilst maximising business development opportunities. You will work closely with inhouse medical/content writing teams, as well as external partners, directing junior members of staff, assisting with their growth and development – ultimately being a true company ambassador.

You will ideally have experience within sales/account management and preferably from a medical background but are wanting to hear from candidates with IT/SaaS experience too! In addition you will have excellent communication skills, be a natural relationship builder, confident, hardworking and highly motivated!
