FORZA is an Ashford, Kent-based company that has been making nutritional food products and food supplement capsules for over 6 years and we are currently thriving off the back of a fantastic rate of growth in this sector.

Our range is growing and so is our company, and we are now looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to employ as production machine operators within our highly accredited capsule or powder production facilities.

The successful candidates will be required to work shifts as necessary.

Production Machine Operators

We wish to recruit experienced Production Machine Operators to work in our small but dynamic, state of the art factory operations.

The role includes:

Operation & cleaning of production equipment & facility to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

Preparation and dispensing of materials for production

Completion of production documentation when necessary

Carrying out necessary in-process control checks

Carrying out daily checks in production

Maintenance and repair of machinery where necessary

Education

A good level of general education with demonstrable communication and numeracy skills

Experience

Must have experience within a factory environment ideally within the food or pharmaceutical industry.

Must have experience or working with process or packaging equipment ideally filling, encapsulation or tabletting machines.
