Must Have Ideas Ltd is a friendly, small but high growth ecommerce company selling household, beauty and garden products to our growing customer base in the UK and USA.

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our friendly team.

(Please note: We are currently based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester, but in a few months we will be moving to swanky new premises in Snodland, so please make sure you are comfortable with both of those locations.)

Your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing paid social advertising campaigns in the UK and USA markets
• Administering all aspects of our paid social activities including ad copy and creatives, targeting and more in the UK and USA
• Monitoring and analysing results from campaigns, providing insight into campaign performance, forming data-driven recommendations to aid decision making
• Running A/B split tests and analysing the results
• Identifying/engaging/negotiating with influencers and suggesting promotions/deals to run with them
• Monitoring the paid social activity of our competitors to give us a competitive advantage
• Helping to manage our social community, engaging our audience and responding to them
• Staying up to date with the latest Paid Social news and features, ensuring that we take advantage of new opportunities in an efficient and timely manner

About you:
• Ideally you will have some experience in the paid social/digital marketing world. However, we are much more interested in your personality and attitude and we are prepared to provide full training for the right person.
• You will be well motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player
• You will have excellent attention to detail
• You will be happy to take responsibility and get things done
• You will be computer literate and in particular excellent knowledge of Excel and of course, all social platforms (and preferably their advertising management systems, eg. AdsManager)
