Rolling out the vaccination programme is a huge undertaking. Imago are supporting Sevenoaks Primary Care Network to ensure the success of this process and we have an opportunity available for a full-time COVID Vaccination Care Coordinator.

This role aims to ensure the smooth delivery of the local vaccination programme. The post is based in Sevenoaks and you will be supporting multiple GP surgeries with this process.

Applicants are expected to have exceptional organisation and customer care skills, and empathy regarding patient needs. You will coordinate the care needs of individuals in line with the processes of each practice and overall vaccination programme. You should have the ability to manage multiple tasks such as booking appointments, coordinating patient transport, hosting clinics, record keeping and carrying out follow up calls with patients. This role will develop over time to include meeting additional patient health and wellbeing needs outside of the vaccination programme.

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that applicants have previous experience of working in a health or medical environment. Due to the nature of the programme, you will be required to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis

You will need to demonstrate a robust knowledge of confidentiality, data protection, safeguarding and boundaries in all aspects of your work. Car driver essential.
